The most important difference is size and continuity. At Parlare, your small group stays together, with the same teacher, across the whole course. Your teacher knows your specific weaknesses and goals — not just your level. There are no rotating teachers, no 20-person classes where you speak for five minutes per session.
We start with a free placement conversation — not a written test. We want to hear you speak, understand your goals, and find out what has and hasn't worked for you before. We then recommend the right level, format (small group or private), and pace. You are never just assigned a slot.
Yes. We offer courses from A1 beginner level through to C1 advanced. Beginners are placed in groups with other beginners, so nobody is left behind or holds anyone back.
We offer dedicated preparation courses for Cambridge B2 First, C1 Advanced, and IELTS. These include past-paper practice, timed test conditions, and written and spoken feedback from your teacher. We set a realistic exam date with you and work backwards from it.
Yes. Private lessons are available for those who prefer entirely personalised instruction, need a very specific focus (such as one area of business English), or have a schedule that doesn't suit group times. We can also combine private and group learning.
We offer both. In-person classes are held at our Madrid centre. Online lessons via video call are available for those outside Madrid or who prefer to learn from home. The quality and approach are the same in both formats.
Standard courses run by trimester. Intensive courses are also available for those with a specific deadline — an exam date, a job interview, a move abroad. We design the course length around your goal, not around what is convenient for us.
